2 Yummy Recipes: Blueberry Mug Cake & Blueberry Scones

Here are the two Blueberry recipes I have promised to give you. Hope you enjoy if you try them.

Blueberry Scones
2 cups blueberries
2 cups  flour
4 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbs cornstarch
Salt to taste
3 tsp vanilla
3 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 cup shredded butter (cold)
1 cup liquid milk

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients with blueberry and butter. Sparingly add milk, and combine properly to form dough. The dough should look course and nothing like a batter. Press the dough between two pieces of grease paper, and cut into scone shapes of your desire. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30- 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Blueberry Mug Cake
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup  flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbs cornstarch
1/2 tbs baking powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp mixed spice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup liquid milk

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients with blueberries. And in a separate container, combine oil and milk. Then sparingly combine liquid mixture with dry ingredients. Pour batter halfway in mug, and bake in microwave for 5- 7 minutes.

I like to eat it warm from the mug☺
