Diaries: That Cockerel!

I am in a thanksgiving mood today! So, I thought I would make a list...

I am so grateful for my neighbor's cockerel that woke me up today.
Yup! Really, I am. I am happy that little fellow's crowing woke me up... Otherwise, I think I would have slept too long. But that is only for today. I shall find a way soon to let him know that his crowing is annoying on mornings when I am not late!

Chocolate... I don't think I need to elaborate on this!

The rain... Although it washed out my little moment outside yesterday, sitting and blogging with Charlotte, it still made the afternoon so cozy and magical.

What are you thankful for? Critters, chocolate... Anything?

Happy Thursday!

Love,
Summer

  4. I try to be thankful all the time - lets see...I'm thankful for my hard working husband, and all of my children. I'm thankful that my parents are in good health, and that we will be going to visit my mother in law later in the autumn to celebrate her 95th birthday! I'm thankful for friends who are like family, and for salvation.

  20. Oh, I do indeed love the sound of rain pounding on the roof, and watching it out the windows. Something about being inside while it rains seems so soothing and cozy. I'm thankful for the pupsters, that, despite all their crazy antics, make each day more beautiful.
