Which Magazines Do You Read?

Hey there♥ I hope you are having a wonderful week so far!

I am a big lover of magazines...  And I am head over heels in love with Country Living website and their magazine. I love their content and their photography is always stunning. Southern Living is wonderful too!

Which magazines do you like or read? Any suggestions?

Have a wonderful day♥

Love,
Summer

  4. Hi Summer - I read HGTV Magazine cover-to-cover. I also subscribe to County Living (like forever) and Coastal Living...there is definitely a theme in my magazine reading. :) On Sundays it's the New York Times Magazine section...does that count?

  5. I read very few magazines but when I do I like Southern Living and Midwest Living for decor and recipes and I love Quiltmania for quilting but it is very pricey and so I usually read it if I run across it on the shelves of a bookstore and then put it back when I'm done - kind of cheating I know but it is too pricey for me :) thanks for stopping by my blog - love your photos

  6. I love Southern Living, but I'm currently getting This Old House. It's full of all kinds of suggestions and DIY projects, along with decorating ideas. I used to get Coastal Living and Real Simple; but to be honest, I don't have lots of time to read my magazines. So I try taking them to the cottage to read and flip through.

  7. I used to love reading mags. I still do when I have the extra time or want something that I can have right at that moment that I can get my hands on. LOL! Southern Living was probably my fav. When we went to the beach a few weeks ago the owner had Coastal mags everywhere and I really enjoyed those. I like decorating mags too. Just wish I had more time to browse through them. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  8. Thanks for dropping by my blog for a visit Summer. I have been a magazine - aholic for as long as I can remember. It is the price that keeps me from buying them these days and also more is available on websites. The ones I've subscribed to longest are Victoria and Tea Time, the latter I recently switched to their digital version and love it.

  9. I used to subscribe to so many decor magazines but many of them have gone by the way side. Today , I only get Romantic Country and occasionally Country Sampler. I also like Romantic Homes too!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
    Hugs,
    Debbie

  10. I used to read a lot more magazines, but the ones I read now are Daphne's Diary, Flow, Naturally by Danny Seo, Eating Well, Cooking Light and Real Simple. I also read several knitting magazines.

I buy others as they catch my interest on the newsstand.

  13. Hi Summer! I only subscribe to Southern Living, and my sister gave me a subscription to Tea Time. I always read magazines at the hair salon. However, who really needs magazines when we have so much available on blogs??!!
Thank you for your wishes for my vacation!

  15. I don't have nearly the time I used to but I do enjoy the complimentary subscription of Better Homes and Gardens that my cousin sent me. I think my Vanity Fair ran out -- I never had time to read it all! But when I'm buying magazines they tend to be the larger creative ones, like Somerset Studio, Daphne's Diary, etc. I'll occasionally pick up Country Living or Victoria or a foodie magazine like Cook's Country. Oh, to have the time...

  16. Hi Summer,
I love magazines too........and can not imagine them ever doing away with them.
My favorite is Cottage Journal, they are seasonal, so they are Fall cottage, Winter cottage, Spring cottage and
summer.............they are pricey, but I used to be able to get them at Sam's club, but sniff sniff, they don't
carry them anymore.........the photography is amazing, and I love that they don't put writing all over the pages,
as I have used some of them to make my own art.......

Hubby recently found me a replacement tho, and it is pretty good too. It was called Fall in the South, it is put out by Southern Womens magazine.

Thanks for visiting with me, and your sweet comment.
    Blessings, Nellie

  17. I love Country Living too.. but over the years, it has gotten thinner and kind of the same old stuff.. and too many recipes for my taste. I too love Romantic Country and it's still not as pricey as some of them, and the Cottage Journal is awesome but pricey.. but once in awhile I'll splurge and then keep them forever! I don't buy as many as I used to, but still love quilting magazines, like Quick and Easy Quilts.. some of them also get to be very repetitive and the same old patterns. I would probably still subscribe to at least 5 if I could afford it.. as there is nothing like a "real" magazine to hold in your hand and browse through as you sit with your cup of tea and cookie! I also love Real Rooms and Vintage Style.

  19. I love decorating magazines. I like the specialty magazines the best because they have less ads and better quality pictures and paper. But, I always look forward to Country Living when it comes out too.

  20. I really love Southern Lady Magazine! I receive so much inspiration from it.
Honestly though, I just don't read magazines as much as I used too, and that makes me sad!
I used to always pour over them and even snip out photos and recipes-I think I need to start doing all of that again.

  21. I don't read many magazines anymore. Not sure why. Country Living has always been my favorite since it started back in the 80's. I also love Victoria!

  22. Because of my love of gardening Country Gardens is my favorite. I subscribe to Country Living as well. I enjoy the seasons magazines and often pick up special seasonal ones. I know you can do a lot on the internet, but there's just something about holding it in your hand.
    hugs,
    Jann
